4. Scope of Service
Our service includes a one-time benefits review and up to 30 days of follow-up support related to the initial setup. Support is primarily provided via email. Phone support may be provided at our discretion. Requests outside the scope of the initial service may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

5. Payment and Refunds
All services are provided for a one-time fee as listed at checkout. Due to the nature of the service (time-based and customized work), payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. No Guarantees
While we aim to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee:
  • Availability of specific benefits
  • Eligibility for services or programs
  • Outcomes or results from using plan benefits
Plan details may change and vary by provider.

7. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party services to operate our business, including:

  • Website hosting and analytics tools
We are not responsible for the practices or performance of these third parties.

8. Privacy
